I just love the energy of the New Year. Fresh. Infinite. Expansive. It’s a time when we reflect on the year that was and create resolutions/goals/intentions for the year to come. We often write lists of things we want to achieve/gain/loose/do differently this time around. And in saying that I could write you a post about eating more greens, drinking more water, exercising more, mediating more, etc., etc. But we kinda’ know that already right? What I think might be more important than what we want to achieve, is the how and the why. How do we get where we want to be, and why do we want to be there? So let’s have a little looksee at how we can make sweet ’16 our best year yet.
